The pipeline moves from adversarial ideation through formal design verification to autonomous implementation — original strategy games from initial concept to live deployment in under 24 hours.

The process begins with Sif-Max, a multi-model adversarial ideation engine. Given a creative brief, Sif-Max generates divergent game concepts through competitive refinement across an ensemble of AI models, pushing designs past the derivative local optima that single-model systems converge on.

Winning concepts move to Sif-HRT (Hierarchical Recursive Tree), a depth-first refinement architecture that stress-tests designs using the Kernel Periodic Table — a structured taxonomy of 360+ reasoning primitives spanning game theory, information theory, combinatorics, and dynamic systems analysis. Every mechanic is verified against degenerate strategies, edge cases, and cross-system interactions before a line of code is written.

The refined design is then implemented by Claude Code, Anthropic's agentic coding tool, which translates the specification into a fully functional web application — complete with AI opponents, multiplayer infrastructure, and production hosting.
